They just need to re-invest in their infrastructure to make the restaurant itself as fresh as their sushi. Overall, we had a good time and I felt it was well worth the price. Additionally, the seats in the other booths were ripped and torn, very noticeable. When I first sat down, I was a little surprised to fall into the seat and hit a rather hard wood bench, as the padding was completely gone and I was sitting on a very hard surface, very uncomfortable, so much so I could not sit there through the entire meal. The chairs you sit on, especially the booths, need some immediate attention. I can understand this policy as we always see customers wasting food at buffets and I guess people were bulking up orders and expecting to take it home for the 1 price. If you order too much and you leave a significant portion over, they will surcharge you for this food. If you finish what they originally brought out, they will hand you another menu to pick out more food if you are still hungry and this could go on all night if your appetite is large enough. There are appetizers included to start with or you can just go right to sushi if you desire. Plus hot items like gyoza, fried chicken. They have a wide variety of sushi, sashimi, roles and cones. All sushi is fresh made by the compliment of sushi chefs. We find the all you ca eat is the way to go here. what they make and you just check what you want and they bring it to your table. If you choose this option, they give you a paper menu with. You can order individual items off the menu or elect to go for the "all you can eat" option. We went here for the first time, 1 week ago on a Thursday night.
